Returns

Because Wheel House works with many different pitching machine manufacturers, our return process is different for each brand. Below you will find more information on how each Wheel House brand processes returns.

First Pitch

First Pitch offers a 15 day return policy on almost every product they offer. The product must be returned in the original box in new condition. Refund time may vary depending on shipping and inspection time. Wheel House will work with you and First Pitch to assist in securing a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fee also applied when item is refused by consignee. All sales final unless approved for return by First Pitch Customer Service.

JUGS

JUGS offers a 30 day return policy, less a 15% restocking fee (except with damaged or defective merchandise). JUGS will accept returns during this time period if the product is kept new and unused. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fee also applied when item is refused by consignee. All sales final unless approved for return by JUGS Customer Service.

 

Heater Sports

To ensure your satisfaction, all Heater Sports products include a Manufacturer's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. All Heater products are also backed by a Manufacturer's Full 1 Year Warranty that includes repair, replacement and service. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fee also applied when item is refused by consignee. All sales final unless approved for return by Heater Sports Customer Service.

 

BATA Baseball

BATA will accept returns up to 30 days after the original ship date (excluding parts). Items must be delivered to BATA within the 30-day period. A 25% restocking charge will apply. Item must be returned in it's original packaging. There are NO RETURNS on Parts. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking charge will apply if item is refused by the consignee. All sales final unless approved for return by BATA Customer Service.
